Gavin and his partner were able to remove the tree while not destroying the fence. After seeing the work they had done in a quick manner, I felt the price I paid was less than what they deserved. He rotates the stripes, he keeps the edging military straight, and always does a walk around before even starting. So far, he hasn't missed a single detail and he continues to communicate effectively and promptly.
