Sod Installation

Gavin came recommend from a friend of ours, and we were NOT disappointed. He is a very nice young man who does excellent work. We love our new yard, and can't wait until we can start enjoying it.

With Gavin's Lawn Maintenance: he came to my home, very professional and polite. Looked at the project, gave me a very reasonable bid, scheduled a date. Today he came on time completed the big project polite, cleaned the debris and was done. No hassle, no fuss just polite, professional and very capable. My neighbor was even impressed and several of my neighbors have complimented on how much better my home looks without over grown shrubbery. Will definitely hire Gavin again!

This was a great experience. We had to clear weeds, vines, and a large section of grass nearly 3 ft high. We called 4 companies in Derby and Wichita. Same day service and reasonably priced! Storm knocked a tree over and it was luckily not on the fence, but was hovering over it. We definitely needed to get it taken care of asap. These guys swiftly executed the safest way possible to clear the tree and not cause damage to my fence, or neighbor's yard either. They were careful and neatly placed the cut up tree parts and branches where we asked them to. They were very nice and got the job done! Thank you guys for helping us not only in the same day, but with quick and efficient tree removal service! Highly recommend this company!

Very respectful and hard working. We had a tree that had blown over our fence. It was leaning on the fence and into a neighbor's backyard. Gavin and his partner were able to remove the tree while not destroying the fence. After seeing the work they had done in a quick manner, I felt the price I paid was less than what they deserved. Especially since it was half what other quotes were asking.

Gavin came out to take care of some tree limbs that fell on our roof and property after a nasty storm. He was quick to reply and came out same day for estimate. We agreed to the estimate and shortly after, he was starting the cleanup. Very satisified with the results, price, and the quick turnaround.

I called Gavin to help with my over grown backyard after days of rain and he squeezed me onto his schedule last minute and got it done. Very professional and nice guy. Would definitely recommend.

Sharp. His blades? His haircut? His work attire? Maybe. But I'm referring to my lawn after a cut from Gavin. He knocks it out of the park every time. He rotates the stripes, he keeps the edging military straight, and always does a walk around before even starting. So far, he hasn't missed a single detail and he continues to communicate effectively and promptly. He goes above and beyond to care for my lawn like it's his own, and takes pride in it like I've only seen from Hank Hill. If you need a cut, Gavin deserves a call.
