Sod Installation

Gavin’s lawn service is amazing! They brought my lawn back after two years of myself trying. They are affordable, reliable and very detail oriented. I wouldn’t hire anyone else.

They did a great job with my landscaping project. We love it. We will definitely be having them doing more projects.

Gavin's Lawn Maintenance did an EXCELLENT job of trimming our 50-60 feet of boxwood hedge we have. Arriving on time to cleaning up the area is definitely 5 star worthy. We will call them for future maintenance on our hedge.

Gavin was on time and did a great job resloping the dirt on the south side of our house. We had a small leak into the basement and what he did stopped the leak. I was also impressed that he did not leave a mess behind. Thank you Gavin! I will use you for all my landscaping needs.

Gavin came recommend from a friend of ours, and we were NOT disappointed. He is a very nice young man who does excellent work. We love our new yard, and can't wait until we can start enjoying it.

With Gavin's Lawn Maintenance: he came to my home, very professional and polite. Looked at the project, gave me a very reasonable bid, scheduled a date. Today he came on time completed the big project polite, cleaned the debris and was done. No hassle, no fuss just polite, professional and very capable. My neighbor was even impressed and several of my neighbors have complimented on how much better my home looks without over grown shrubbery. Will definitely hire Gavin again!

Gavin and his team did a wonderful job for us! They did dirt work around our foundation and installed sod. Gavin was very timely with the proposal as well as getting the work done. His crew is very professional and did very nice work. Thank you for making our yard enjoyable!

Gavin and team did an amazing job completely transforming a big flowerbed in my backyard. He listened well to me and came back with great recommendations, was timely and super easy to communicate with. The day of installation the team did a thorough job, were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed and pleased with his work!

Gavin came out the same day for the bid and was such a pleasure to work with. We instantly trusted him and they were able to get to work the next week. Gavin and his crew helped us carry out the vision of converting our flower beds from mulch to rock. They also removed and replaced some beds in the backyard with sod. Their professionalism was above and beyond. They treated our house like their own - leaving it better than they found it. We highly recommend this terrific landscaping crew!

Job well done. Also done in good time. Thanks!

Excellent work!! Never missed an appointment!! Highly recommend!!

Just a few weeks ago, this was almost a baron piece of land. Gavin did a great job at aerating and overseeding my yard. Recommend him 100%. All I can say is wow!

Great service. Quick to respond and always did a great job with the lawn. I also appreciate the ease of how billing is handled.

Great response time to my request. Did a good job mowing.

Gavin is always prompt, efficient and very friendly. He makes the lawn look beautiful with each service. Very reasonably priced as well. I can’t imagine getting more for your money with any other lawn maintenance service.

This was a great experience. We had to clear weeds, vines, and a large section of grass nearly 3 ft high. We called 4 companies in Derby and Wichita. Every other service had voice-mail messages promising to call is back, but they didn't. Gavin actually answered, gave us a great bid, and more importantly, he did an excellent job. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gavin's Lawn Maintenance!

Gavin posted on FB Marketplace that he had some rock from a job that the homeowner no longer needed, and he couldn’t use for future jobs. I inquired, and he responded immediately. Upon meeting Gavin, he was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful!

Gavin did a wonderful job with mowing my yard and his communication was excellent! Really appreciated his prompt service as well!

Fast and quality service. Highly recommend.

Same day service and reasonably priced! Storm knocked a tree over and it was luckily not on the fence, but was hovering over it. We definitely needed to get it taken care of asap. These guys swiftly executed the safest way possible to clear the tree and not cause damage to my fence, or neighbor's yard either. They were careful and neatly placed the cut up tree parts and branches where we asked them to. They were very nice and got the job done! Thank you guys for helping us not only in the same day, but with quick and efficient tree removal service! Highly recommend this company!
